Watersheds

For the purpose of fly-fishing, Southeastern Minnesota may be divided into 5 main watersheds. Although the entire region is drained by the upper Mississippi River, we can seperate the following watersheds from the Mississippi River for our purposes. Each of the watersheds may be further divided into rivers and streams with the streams emptying into rivers and rivers emptying into watersheds.
